Luke Jacobs, ESQ.
Luke Jacobs is a dedicated trial lawyer who brings global experience and an unwavering commitment to justice to his clients across Florida. Before representing individuals, Luke spent years advocating for major domestic and international corporations in complex legal disputes spanning multiple countries. He guided clients through crisis-driven litigation and sensitive internal investigations that gave him a rare, firsthand understanding of how powerful institutions operate when everything is at stake.
That perspective now drives his mission on the other side of the courtroom. Luke focuses his practice almost exclusively on representing plaintiffs—people who have been wronged by the very systems meant to protect them. He stands up for whistleblowers, workers, consumers, and those harmed by corporate or government misconduct. By leveraging his deep knowledge of institutional strategy and procedural law, Luke levels the playing field and fights to deliver real results for his clients.
Attorney
Luke has served as lead counsel in class actions and complex cases under federal, Florida state, and Miami-Dade County laws. Recently, he successfully defended a group of companies whose directors were targeted by a foreign government investigation facing claims worth hundreds of millions of dollars right here in Miami-Dade County.
Luke’s approach is simple: listen closely, act purposefully, and never underestimate the power of telling the truth clearly in a courtroom.
His dedication to fairness and hard work runs deep. Luke grew up in a working-class home in Nebraska, the son of a public-school teacher and a lifelong mechanic. Watching his parents work tirelessly without asking for special treatment instilled in him a deep respect for honesty, community, and justice, which continue to guide his work daily as an attorney.
