Mary is a passionate trial lawyer and fierce advocate for employees and survivors of sexual misconduct. She began her career in Miami at a boutique commercial litigation practice, where she quickly realized her heart was in cases involving sexual abuse and harassment. This led her to California, where she joined an all-female law firm devoted exclusively to employment rights and sexual abuse cases.

During the height of the #MeToo movement, Mary handled numerous matters against high-profile defendants, including representing survivors in sexual assault cases against Harvey Weinstein and Kevin Spacey. She also participated in The Weinstein Company bankruptcy committee hearings on behalf of victims.
