Shake-A-Leg Miami Accused of Retaliation, Misuse of Donor Funds in Alleged Whistleblower Suit

An alleged whistleblower complaint has been filed in Miami-Dade Circuit Court against a Coconut Grove nonprofit organization that provides services for children and adults with disabilities.

Jason Krieger, the former chief operating officer of Shake-A-Leg Miami, has accused the nonprofit of tax law violations, county ordinance violations, Fair Labor Standards Act and Florida law violations since his employment began in January.
