Brickell City Centre Faces Legal Hurdle as Nearby Business Owner Sues Over Safety Hazard

A long-standing Miami business is taking legal action against the developers of Brickell City Centre, claiming that ongoing construction poses a serious danger to public safety. Alfredo Zaden, owner of FrameArt, alleges that falling debris and overhead crane loads have created hazardous conditions for customers and employees. Despite denials from developers, Zaden has documented incidents of falling materials, including large concrete chunks. His lawsuit seeks to halt construction until safety measures are improved. The case is now in court as both sides present their arguments.
