Despite multiple emergency injunction requests citing incidents of falling concrete and metal, Judge Norma Lindsey ruled that the project’s safety measures are sufficient and that the defendants, including Swire Properties, Turner Construction, and Maxim Crane Works, have complied with regulations. However, Frame Art's legal team remains determined to appeal, insisting that the construction poses a continued threat.
